How to get OBC Certificate in East Delhi - Application Procedure 2016
Do you belong to OBC Category? Are you looking for a job but do not have OBC Certificate? Please note that to get the benefit of reservation you need to have a genuine OBC Certificate which is required along with the job applications.

Eligibility/Documents required for applying for OBC Certificate in Delhi
1 Kindly download the OBC Application form the official website www.delhi.gov.in Fill it carefully and then get it duly attested by 2 MPs/MLAs/Municipal Councilors and Gazetted Officers on the basis of personal knowledge, declaring the caste of applicant and continuous stay in Delhi since 1993. However, the required supporting documents can be attested by MPs/MLAs and Gazetted Officers.
2. Voter-I-Card/Ration card as proof of present residence.
3. The Affidavit submitted with the application form must be attested by an Executive Magistrate or SDM converned only.
4. Residential proof since 1993 (such as Electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill, house tax etc.)
5. Pay slip of self or in case of unemployed pay slip of father/mother.
6. Two photographs, one attested and one plain.
Note : Wrong attestation will invite consequences irrespective of the person verifying the caste or documents.

Application for SC/ST Certificate must be submitted at the following offices (To the office of the concerned SDMs/office in whose jurisdiction you live on any working day during 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.)
