Arunachal Police Constable Pay scale: PB-1,5200 – 20200/- + GP 2000/- per month.
Arunachal Police Constable Age limit: 17 years - 21 years as on 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations as per Govt. rules)
Arunachal Police Constable Educational qualification: If you wish to apply for Constable Post in Arunachal Pradesh Police Recruitment 2012-2013, SC & ST Ex-serviceman candidates must have passed VIII whereas the other candidates must have passed Tenth class from recognized board or Government institution.
Arunachal Police Constable Physical standards:
• For APST category: Height: 160 cms, chest-79 cms (84 cms on expansion)
• For General category: Height: 165 cms, chest-79 cms (84 cms on expansion)
• For Tirap/Changlang category: Height: 152 cms, chest-79 cms (84 cms on expansion)
Application Procedure - How to apply for Arunachal Pradesh Police constable Recruitment 2013-2014
Eligible candidates who wish to join as Constable in Arunachal Pradesh Police may apply through prescribed application. The application form for Constable Recruitment 2012-2013 is available at the SP Office/DC Office/Police Stations of Arunachal Pradesh, SP (Recruitment) PHQ, Itanagar/Principal PTC Banderdewa after the announcement of the recruitment
Candidates must read the instructions carefully before applying and must send the duly filled application form along the relevant and required documents/certificates with payment receipt by ordinary post to the respective centers for APST on or before the last date mentioned.
There is an Application fee:40/- (Rs. 10/- for SC/ST candidates) which should be paid in the form of treasury challan drawn in favour of Asst Inspector General of police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under the Head of Account '0055′ police.

Selection Procedure in Arunachal Police constable Recruitment 2013-2014
Candidates will go through the Physical Efficiency Test, followed by Written Examination, Interview and Medical Examination/Character and Antecedent Verification.
Arunachal Pradesh Constable Recruitment Physical Efficiency Test (PET) consists of
1500 m. Race: 8 minutes, Long jump: 13 ft
High Jump: 120 Cms, 100 m. Race: 16 seconds, Chin up- 6 times
Arunachal Pradesh Constable Recruitment Written Examination scheme:

Shortlisted Candidates will go through the Written Examination of 300 marks as mentioned below:
General Knowledge—100 marks, General English—100 marks, Elementary Mathematics—100 marks
Shortlisted Candidates scoring minimum 33% in each subject and 45% aggregate will qualify for Interview and will then go through the Medical Examination to check the physical fitness of the selected candidates.
