or 10+2 – How to get a job
In India more than 50% of the
population is either poor or falls into lower middle class category.
The parents expect their
children to start earning and help them when they complete there 10th
or 12th (10+2) studies. This is very unfortunate that a student who
should have studied more and gone to college for higher studies could not
pursue his dream and instead has to look for a small job. The government of
India should take measures so that no one in this country is left uneducated
due to financial reasons.
The children while growing up see
how their parents struggled to bring them up. Even they are doing lot of
household activities while studying in the school. This way the concentration
in studies is diverted and they do not get good marks. This is the irony and
our government should really need to think about it.
A child while studying should not
have other tensions in mind. He should concentrate only in the studies or
sports. But this is not possible till the time India’s most of the households
are poor.
The fact of the matter is today
unemployment rate is very high and the youth especially who are school dropouts
after 10th and 12th due to different circumstances are
the ones who hunt for jobs more vigorously than others.
Don’t worry friends even if you are
only 10th or 12th pass? There are many job options for
you in India.
My suggestion to all my friends is
once you get the job please resume your studies and study as much as you can
and get UG PG and even higher degree. This would benefit you in the long run
and would help you grow in your career.
You can change your fortune and
ultimately fortune of your family. So never give up and always try to achieve
something in your life.

suggesting to my 10th Pass and 12th pass friends.
Join Indian Army as a soldier after 10th or 12th
Check the latest Army Rally dates in
your region and prepare yourself for the Bharti in Indian Army
(Continue your studies while on the
job and through internal exams you can even become Army Officer, JCO in short
span). Please remember that it requires hard work and dedication
Join you state Police department after 10th or 12th
Check for the information about
latest Police Recruitment in your state; prepare yourself so that you are
selected.

you can get a job for example Clerks Job in your state, Jobs in your state
electricity department, Jobs in PWD, Jobs in other state departments etc
There are many Vocational Courses for 8th Pass, 10th Pass and 12th
Pass available free of cost or for very less fees. You can opt for a
vocational course of your choice and develop your skills and start your own
business or get a job in that field.
Vocational courses are available in
many fields including Nursing, Compounder, Lab assistant, Teachers, etc

in the fields of Fire safety, Disaster management, Stitching, fashion,
Automotive, Machinist etc
NSDC (National Skill Development Council) is responsible for these vocational courses and through
various institutes these courses are offered to the students. NSDC fund the
institutes and they provide you the Diploma or certificate course with the
promise to assists you in getting a job.
